This project is in Prescott, AZ and provides 66 rent-restricted units. The total loan amount is $1,500,000.
This project consists of one 3-story building with a leasing office and clubhouse on the ground level.
Our YTD totals are 17 loans closed for $40,694,475 and 874 total units.
