The Three Sisters Apartments is a proposed 70-unit multifamily rental project located in Las Cruces, New Mexico. The development will consist of four two- and three-story garden-style residential buildings and a community building. ​ The project will feature modern, attractive interiors with Energy Star-rated appliances, high-efficiency HVAC systems, and amenities such as a community room with a full kitchen, computer center, two playgrounds, bike racks, BBQ areas, a garden area, walking paths, and a laundry center. ​ The apartments will be income-restricted, with 69 units reserved for households earning no more than 60% of the area median income (AMI), and preference will be given to households with children, as well as retired and active military personnel. ​
