Stratford Hotel Apartments involves the rehabilitation of a historic three-story masonry building originally constructed in 1909 and converted into affordable housing in 2011. ​ The project will provide 46 studio units, all of which will be income-restricted to tenants earning no more than 30% of the area median income (AMI). ​ The apartments are designed to serve extremely low-income individuals, including those who have experienced homelessness, with supportive services provided by First Step House. ​ Unique amenities include community rooms, offices for resident services, and a laundry room, along with energy-efficient upgrades such as LED lighting, new appliances, and water-saving fixtures. ​
