Skyline Arch at Arroyo Crossing is a 32-unit multifamily rental project located in Moab, Utah. ​ The development will consist of six buildings, including townhomes and apartment units, with a mix of one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom units. ​ All units will be income-restricted to tenants with household incomes not exceeding 50% of the area median income (AMI), with some units further restricted to 25% AMI. The project aims to provide affordable housing for low- and moderate-income households. ​ Unique amenities include a central courtyard with shaded seating, a BBQ area, a tot-lot, exterior storage for each unit, on-site laundry facilities, bike racks with a maintenance station, and Energy Star-rated appliances. ​
