The project is dedicated entirely to low-income households, with 100% of units income-restricted to tenants earning no more than 50% of the area median income (AMI), and a weighted average AMI for the project of 40.1%. Specific targeting includes extremely low-income (30% AMI), very low-income (40-45% AMI), and low-income (up to 50% AMI) families, with unit sizes ranging from one to three bedrooms. Notable amenities and services include ADA-accessible units, high-efficiency HVAC with central air, Energy Star appliances, in-unit washer/dryers, modern interior finishes, video intercom and security systems, free surface parking (100 spaces), proximity to public transit, a food pantry, gym, patio deck for tenant events, and a community room with a full kitchen. The project is sponsored by Wyoming Housing Network, Inc., a nonprofit with a strong track record in supportive services and community engagement.
