This LIHTC development consists of 50 three-bedroom units in duplex buildings in Phase I, 66 three-bedroom units in duplex buildings in Phase II, and 32 three-bedroom units in duplex buildings in Phase III. Units are 100% restricted to a mix of 50%, 49% and 35% AMI, serving low-income families. Residents share a community building and swimming pool with other phases via a facility sharing agreement. Units feature washer/dryer hookups, patios, and garages, with the project emphasizing accessibility and family-oriented living.
