Paseo Adelanto Apartments is a newly constructed 50‑unit supportive housing community designed for individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness, including veterans. Of the 50 units, 49 are income‑restricted, with 40 units receiving project‑based vouchers and serving households generally at or below 30% AMI. Residents benefit from extensive onsite supportive services provided by Housing With Heart, including case management, behavioral health care, medical care, life‑skills training, substance‑abuse counseling, and coordinated service access. The building offers thoughtful residential amenities such as a large community room with kitchen, resident lounge, computer lab, counseling and conference rooms, and fully furnished subsidized units. Outdoor community features include a spacious courtyard, BBQ areas, outdoor seating, walking paths, bike racks, and a community garden.
