Edison Street Townhomes is an 11-unit affordable housing development located in South Salt Lake City, Utah. ​ The townhomes are designed to serve low- to moderate-income households, with 54.5% of the units restricted to tenants earning less than 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI). ​ The development features three-bedroom townhomes with modern interiors, including stainless steel kitchen appliances, central air conditioning, and in-unit washer/dryer hookups. ​ The project aims to provide affordable housing opportunities while preserving naturally occurring affordable housing (NOAH) in an urban neighborhood. ​
