Calle Cuarta is an affordable housing project located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. ​ The development features 61 income-restricted units across three buildings, offering a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. ​ The project is designed to serve low- to moderate-income households, with units restricted to tenants earning up to 80% of the area median income (AMI). ​ Unique amenities include a fitness room, roof deck, community room with kitchen, computer lab, outdoor gathering spaces, playground, dog park, secured bike storage, and EV-capable parking spaces. Additionally, 15 units will benefit from Section 8 project-based vouchers, ensuring affordability for tenants earning less than 30% AMI. ​
