The project serves critical populations such as the homeless, veterans, victims of domestic violence, and individuals with disabilities, with tenancy set-asides to prioritize these groups. Unique aspects include podium-style construction for cost efficiency, LEED Silver and Energy Star 3.0 standards, and a small commercial space required by the RDA, enhancing community accessibility and sustainability.
