RMCRC thanks its current members for their ongoing confidence and partnership in providing resources to ensure affordable housing in our communities!

Membership Benefits

RMCRC membership provides opportunities for organizations to participate in financing affordable housing projects and aid in extending RMCRC’s mission across the nation. In addition, membership allows:
  1. Opportunities to volunteer on various RMCRC committees
  2. Banks to fulfill Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) objectives
  3. Institutions to support and share news about their partnership with a CDFI dedicated to the social issues surrounding affordable housing
  4. Participation in high-quality performing loan portfolios backed by commercial multi-family affordable housing developments
  5. Banks to bundle our permanent financing products with their own construction products focused on affordable housing
  6. Opportunities to donate to and/or interact directly with community programs often tied to affordable housing
  7. A shared cause of community reinvestment with other professionals and executives

How to Join

Membership enrollment in RMCRC’s Intercreditor Agreement (ICA) is open August 1 – August 31 of each calendar year. Application materials will be available the first week of June. The following documents, received upon request, are required to join:

  1. Request and commitment letter
  2. Membership enrollment form
  3. Sponsoring executed signature page to the intercreditor agreement
  4. RMCRC authorization form
  5. Authorized bank logo and/or banner to be used in RMCRC membership promotional materials
