Membership Benefits
RMCRC membership provides opportunities for organizations to participate in financing affordable housing projects and aid in extending RMCRC’s mission across the nation. In addition, membership allows:
- Opportunities to volunteer on various RMCRC committees
- Banks to fulfill Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) objectives
- Institutions to support and share news about their partnership with a CDFI dedicated to the social issues surrounding affordable housing
- Participation in high-quality performing loan portfolios backed by commercial multi-family affordable housing developments
- Banks to bundle our permanent financing products with their own construction products focused on affordable housing
- Opportunities to donate to and/or interact directly with community programs often tied to affordable housing
- A shared cause of community reinvestment with other professionals and executives
How to Join
Membership enrollment in RMCRC’s Intercreditor Agreement (ICA) is open August 1 – August 31 of each calendar year. Application materials will be available the first week of June. The following documents, received upon request, are required to join:
- Request and commitment letter
- Membership enrollment form
- Sponsoring executed signature page to the intercreditor agreement
- RMCRC authorization form
- Authorized bank logo and/or banner to be used in RMCRC membership promotional materials
