INVESTOR LIHTC

Permanent loans for multifamily real estate properties during the initial LIHTC compliance period with the LIHTC investor holding a majority ownership interest of the borrowing entity. Eligible properties are those that have been recently constructed or substantially rehabilitated.

  • Up to 16-year maturity
  • Up to 34-month forward commitment
  • Competitive rates based on Treasury

Non-Investor LIHTC

Permanent loans for multifamily real estate properties during the extended LIHTC compliance period. Eligible properties include those that are being acquired, have recently undergone rehabilitation, require refinancing to preserve affordability, or are seeking moderate rehabilitation.

  • Up to 40-year amortization
  • Up to 10-year maturity
  • Competitive rates based on Treasury

Affordable Non-INVESTOR LIHTC

Permanent loans for affordable multifamily real estate properties. Eligible properties include those that are being acquired, have recently undergone rehabilitation, are newly constructed, require refinancing to preserve affordability, or are seeking moderate rehabilitation. These properties are subject to RMCRC’s affordability requirements.

  • Up to 40-year amortization
  • Up to 10-year maturity
  • Up to 34-month forward commitment
  • Competitive rates based on Treasury
