We have officially funded and recorded the Jacoby Meadows Partnership loan! Huge thank you to everyone for all your efforts that made this possible.
This project is located in Windsor, Colorado and includes 62 units, with a total loan amount of $4,610,000.
The project consists of a newly constructed three-story residential building with a mix of one and two-bedroom units, with all of the unit are restricted to serve seniors over the age of 55.
Our year to date totals are 11 loans closed for $41,357,830 and 762 total units.
