We are happy to announce that there are adjustments to the health and wellness and 403(b) contributions!
Beginning January 1, 2026, the Health and Wellness budget will be $10,000. Connectivity budgets will be removed and migrated into that new $10,000 number for Health and Wellness. Please submit 2025 phone and internet reimbursements BEFORE December 31, 2025.
In addition, RMCRC, beginning on the January 20, 2026 payroll, will be contributing 11% (up from 10%) to our 403(b), regardless if we contribute or not.
