This project is located in Salt Lake City, UT and includes 72 units, with a total loan amount of 1,236,659.

Liberty Midtown Apartments is an existing multifamily project originally built in 2007 and is located in downtown Salt Lake. The building consist of 72 one-bedroom apartments.

Our year to date totals are 13 loans closed for $43,644,489 and 854 total units.

We have officially funded and recorded the Valley West Properties, LLC loan! Huge thank you to everyone for all your efforts that made this possible. 

This project is located in Gunnison, Utah and includes 20 units, with a total loan amount of $1,050,000.

This project consisted of 20 units with a mix of two and three bedroom units. Four units are allocated to serve homeless/near homeless persons, six units for physically handicapped persons, one unit for veterans, and one unit for victims of domestic violence.

Our year to date totals are 12 loans closed for $42,407,830 and 782 total units.

This project is located in Windsor, Colorado and includes 62 units, with a total loan amount of $4,610,000.

 The project consists of a newly constructed three-story residential building with a mix of one and two-bedroom units, with all of the unit are restricted to serve seniors over the age of 55.

Our year to date totals are 11 loans closed for $41,357,830 and 762 total units.
