We have officially funded and recorded the Robins Point loan! Huge thank you to everyone for all the teamwork that made this closing possible. 

This project is located in Cheyenne, WY and provides 48 rent- restricted units.  While the total loan amount is only $200,000, its impact on the residents of Cheyenne is huge. 

This project includes a mix of one, two and three bedroom units.
