This project is in Taos, NM and provides 58 rent-restricted units. The total loan amount is $3,195,200.
The Project is an existing 52-unit multi-family development consisting of 4 residential buildings and one
community building was originally built in 1983. This project was renovated considerably. Renovation
plans included construction of one new dwelling building with 6 new 3-bedroom units and a new 1,746 square foot
community building with laundry facilities, offices, computer center, and community room.
Our YTD totals are 17 loans closed for $53,005,689 and 1,054 total units.
