This project is in Tooele, UT and provides 48 rent-restricted units. The total loan amount is $1,150,000.
It is a senior 62+ affordable housing development that consists of a single two-story residential building with a mix of 48 one- and two-bedroom units. 5 of the units will be set aside for homeless individuals and an additional 5 units that will be set aside for persons with disabilities.
Our YTD totals are 18 loans closed for $58,046,689 and 1,238 total units.
