RMCRC is a private 501(c)(3) nonprofit supported by Utah’s banking community, dedicated to increasing access to credit for low- and moderate-income communities. RMCRC offers technical assistance to customers and investors, as well as underwriting, originating, and servicing of commercial loans for affordable housing and community development projects. We provide financial products for both nonprofit and for-profit developers and service providers.

It includes community family rooms, single men and women and family housing and sheltering, a 24/7 childcare center and an emergency food pantry.

75 one-bedroom units of permanent housing located in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah that focuses on providing housing for individuals who have been or are homeless, have severe mental illness, and are in need of a supportive living environment. 100-unit property located in Avondale, Arizona that fosters a safe, community-first environment. It consists of 5 newly constructed buildings enclosing a community playground, picnic area, and basketball court. Additionally, the property offers a range of amenities, such as a community room, a fitness center, and high-speed internet.

43-units of permanent housing located in Las Vegas, Nevada that is restricted to seniors 55 years and older. The residents have free access to a Meals-on-Wheels monthly pantry, food outreach and bakery goods, monthly Health Fair, complementary doctor visits, wellness clinics, transportation to shopping and doctor visits, monthly arts and crafts, weekly bingo, guest speaker events, bible study, holiday celebrations, two libraries, and a private enclosed dog park.
