RMCRC is a private 501(c)(3) nonprofit supported by Utah’s banking community, dedicated to increasing access to credit for low- and moderate-income communities. RMCRC offers technical assistance to customers and investors, as well as underwriting, originating, and servicing of commercial loans for affordable housing and community development projects. We provide financial products for both nonprofit and for-profit developers and service providers.
